Cancellation Policy

CALMBIRTH

For cancellations with at least 4 weeks notice an amount of $400 will be refunded. A further $100 will be refunded if your space is filled. For courses that are cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the course commencing a refund of $500 will ONLY be reimbursed if the cancelled place is filled before the course date. The remaining $50 is retained to cover fees associated with the original booking and readvertising.

 PREPARING FOR BABY and PREPARING FOR PARENTHOOD PACKAGE

For cancellations made four weeks before the course, a refund of $250 for Preparing for Baby or $320 for The Preparing for Parenthood sessions will be provided. For cancellations with less than four weeks’ notice, a refund of $250 for Preparing for Baby or $ 320 for The Preparing for Parenthood sessions will only be offered if the cancelled space is filled.

BABY MASSAGE

For cancellations made four weeks before the course, a refund of $195 will be provided. For cancellations with less than four weeks’ notice, a refund of $195  will only be offered if the cancelled space is filled. If a situation arises that prevents you from attending your scheduled course, please notify Kate as soon as possible and you will be moved to a later course. The remaining $50 is retained to cover fees associated with the original booking and re-advertising.

If sessions are missed during the 4-week course they are not refunded.

We respect difficult circumstances and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding your individual circumstances if such a situation arises.
